[Motorola] Syntor Computer Interface ?

Some time ago I visited a web site of a product being sold to modify a
Syntor for control and operation from a PC.  There was a hardware mod
nessesary to the radio that allowed selection of operating freq and all
funtions normally provided from a control head and microphone.  The kit
included the software to run it.

Does anybody know where I may find that web site?
