You need the RSS to change the channel number from 64 to only 99 due to the 
fact the HHCH has only 2 segments on the dislpay. And if the radio-HHCH  
cable has the molded DB-25 connector on it you should be able to remove the 
physcial secutiy box if its attached to the other DB-25 port (But I would 
check the manuals first). There is some programming changes in the encryption 
part of the radio to tell it the physcial security housing is no longer there 
also.
