The batlabs site has links to useful sites.  One of them
is Paul Bennett's web site at:

He has programming information and also sells a PC board that
you can use to build a programmer for the bipolar PROMs used
by the Syntor.  An alternative to using the bipolar PROMs
is to adapt a 2716 PROM.  These can be programmed by more common
programmers.

As you may know the T83 is a high power radio, listed in the
manual as 75/110 Watt.  The HLD4076A is the correct PA board,
so should be good up to 110 Watts.

I don't know anything about the small white board.
