You will need to convert the radio over to a conventional maxtrac using
a ver 5.36 PROM from another maxtrac to get it out of trunking. Part
number is HLN5569B and I believe it was the last version available.
Another problem might be getting the RSS to let you program inside the
ham band. You might have to play with the software a little to make it
work. I would check out batlabs for the info, its pretty good and I
actually might get around to doing 900 myself!
