The FIB pin-outs for the T81JJA are as follows:

9)    F3 SEL
10)    F4 SEL
11)    DET AUDIO
12)    PTT HI
13)    PTT LO
14)    SQUELCH
15)    VOLUME
16)    AUDIO MUTE
17)    A - (GND)
18)    SPARE
19)    A + (BATT)

Pins numbers start on the upper right corner when looking
at the connector from the pin side, and go counter-clockwise
across the top, then to the bottom row from left to right.  The
large pins in the center are 19=left, 18=center and 17=right.
