[Motorola] XTS-3000 Bandwidth

Yes I've had 2 of my 450 to 520 Model IIIs going down to 440MHz without any
complaints, i did it just to check the power module and tx low pass filter
cutoff range.  I haven't gone much below this as the lowest power tracking
frequency is just above 450 MHz and I believe that any lower and it would be
hard to set the rx preselector and tx power output correctly.
