[Motorola] How to use a pair of TALKABOUT

Hello ......Would you beleave  after 30 years for Motorola international
.....I dont know how to use a TALKABOUT ......with no book .
Can some one teach me how to use a pair ......I managed to put them on the
same freq. ( 467.633 )  but how do you go  open squelch  ? without having to
push the MONITOR button ? .....how many times you have to push the orange
button for this and for that ??
