[Motorola] Singer/Gertsch FM-9 Service Monitor

Good evening, 

	A Singer/Gertsch FM-9 service monitor followed me home last 
night.  

	I am in need of some info, an operation manual at the very 
least, and a service manual if possible.  

	It seems quite limited in frequency range..can it be 
moved/modified altered for a wider range, e.g. the ham bands?  
How useful is it now anyway, any guesses as to its current value?
