   Hi Tony:
I discovered only yesterday that what I have is the S-1320 not the '1318.
I opened it up and I found out it actually is a tube oscillator,
using a metal cased Nuvistor tube, originally made by RCA, type 6CW4.
in any case I was wrong on the pad : on testing with a HP-435 power
meter I found it is a 6dB attenuator ( 2:1 voltage divider) besides being an
adaptor from the N type connector to the SO-239.
In any case I sent a letter to the guy you directed me to and I'll
fill you in as soon as I get an answer.BTW, mine works, except for the 32-54
MHz range.

Tony Crady of Automated Industrial Electronics Corporation acquired the
"Measurements" generator line many years ago. I bought one from him and he
may have the info that you need or might be able to tell you where to find
the info. His contact info is: Automated Industrial Electronics Corporation
141 Fulmer Street, Batesburg, SC 29006
(803) 532-9256
Good luck,
Harold Kinley
