[Motorola] Fire dispatch

Our area has started a fire department from scratch. Besides having to
get all the equipment needed, including radios, we have to
self-dispatch. Either that or pay an answering service. I am aware of
reverse phone patch and have used it before. But I am interested in
knowing if there is a way to configure the reverse auto patch to send a
tone that would alert pagers and the sheriff to dispatch directly via
voice after the tone is sent.

Is this possible? If so, where can I get the information about it?
