[Motorola] Pin-Out & Specs for HMN9083D Motorola mic?

we rewired one down here, the mic WAS different than what the radio (a
yaesu VX5 in this case) normally used, this was worked around by replacing
the mic element with one we scrapped out of an old R$ speaker mic that had
a bad speaker.
