[Motorola] Pin-Out & Specs for HMN9083D Motorola mic?

I've been trying to track down the pinout and specs for my
HMN9083D Motorola spkr-mic -- thought it would be easy 
via the Internet but so far no luck.

I'd like to wire two adapters, one for my Icom IC-W21AT
HT and one for my FT-817.  I don't want to hack off the 
stock 5-pin Motorola plug if I can avoid that, and would
still need the info anyhow!

Anyone have the specs, circuit description, and/or pin-outs, 
please?
