Well I just found out Just because one might scrounge around and get the
Right equipment Motorola Rib and Cables and RSS, That is not enough if one
has no idea what they are doing Example, I Have two Motorola GP-300 VHF
They were both Programmed for 16 Freqs , so when I went to a Hamfest in
Ft.Wayne In. since I was taking My 13 Yr old Grandson I would give Him some
exposure to Radio and did not want to take a chance of transmitting
somewhere He should not be, I just programmed Both radios all 16 Freqs to
a VHF iterant freq that I have a lic for , So no matter where He would
turn the knob We would be on the same freq. that worked great, Now I
decide to Put them back on the 16 freqs a Mixture of Ham and others, one
of the radios will only go up to 8 Freqs I Don't want to bother the
original person who Set them up I would really like to be able to do this
myself, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, And first of all
everyone should give Me credit for being a Ham radio operator that claims
not to know everything Ha Ha PS I tried Cloning but it comes up wrong Ser
Number .

                                                      Thanks Don KA9QJG
