[Motorola] Mitrek Mobile Setup Questions

I have a couple of questions regarding a high band, high power Mitrek
(T83JJA3900BK) that I am putting into service.  Unfortunately, I only
have an older low power manual.

First question:  Setting the output power - There are two pots on the
main board; R909 (orange, power set) and R911 (blue, max power).  I
presume these operate as on the low power TX.  Is the yellow  pot on the
PA is also related to these adjustments?  What is the procedure for
setting all three pots?

Second question:  PL board jumpers - This is a HLN4181APR PL board.
Need the functions of the following jumpers.

JU1 out
JU2 out
JU3 in
JU4 in "and" squelch??
JU5 out "or" squelch??
JU6 out
JU7 out
JU8 in
