[Motorola] RSS on a 100 MHz 486?

Syntor X9K, non-System Saber and Maxtrac RSS need to run on slow machines. Hit
eBay or the swap meets looking for 33-66 MHz laptops. I salvaged an old 33 MHz
machine from a previous job and keep it around for the slow radios. If you run
a fast RSS on things like non-System Sabers, you'll convert them to door-stops.
