It would be helpful to know the exact model number (for example:
AAH25KDF9AA5AN), so we know what frequency band the radio is in and
whether it has a keypad or not. Also, does the missing radio have any
engraved markings? Is the case color black, yellow, or orange? Does it
have FM labels?
Users might take note that the HT1250 radio can be programmed to respond
silently to a "check radio" command, which can be used to locate it with
direction-finding equipment. The "deadbeat disable" command can be used
to shut the radio down, making it useless until reprogrammed. Alas,
these features don't work if the radio is turned off. or if the battery
is dead.
