[Motorola] HT1550 Programming

Ok guys, I have a HT1550 that I am trying to program
for operation on the ham bands. I have everything
programmed that I can think of. Scan, zones,
personalities etc. When I try to save the codeplug to
disk or to the radio, I get an error that says that
button 3 (long press) has keypad lock/unlock enabled
although no programmable keys have been set" I have
programmed all of the p1-p3 buttons, side buttons, and
top button. I am stumped, if I click ok the radio
programs fine, but I would like to find out why it
gives me this error message.
