[Motorola] 146.05 default frequency?

Joe,
Just a thought, where was the radio manufactured?
At first, I thought that maybe someone at that
particular Motorola factory might have been a ham,
but 146.050 is a not a listed repeater input
per the SERA web site (for a US pair).
If the unit was manufactured outside the US,
depending on the country, 146.05 might not be
a ham band frequency.
And I would think that the radios are bench
tested into a dummy load, so they could
use pretty much any frequency the radio was
capable of working.
