5 mv you said ? 5 millivolts sensitivity ? If that's true then that receiver
is deadsville and needs some serious work   Usually they go to 6 meters with
only some brass slugs in place of the iron ones in the preselector coils
just like you found out but if it is at 5 mv then something else is
seriously wrong. You should not have a problem moving an already working one
to 6 meters at .25  to .3 uv sensitivity.
