[Motorola] Windows software for Motorola radios?

The MX3XX series requires a dedicated programmer. The EPROM is not
programmable in the radio. Motorola used a number of fixtures attached to
their suitcase programmer depending on the vintage of the EPROM. There
would be no need for windows based software for this radio as there is
special hardware required.
