[Morrow] FT-243 & HC6/L Crystals Interchangeable?

I found a site with this listing of crystals for $6. each.  Are the
FT243 & HC6/L crystal types interchangeable in the MB-560, please?  (The
manual does not appear to mention any specific crystal type, though I
guess the FT-243 was assumed in the 50's.)
