[MohawkARC] Field Day setup

Bill,

Pulling up ropes looks like setup.  My Chief would look very dimly upon that
activity and it would not bode well for me.  Doing some minor stuff like
moving in the trailers before 18:00 we would be ok.  Let's not blow this
primo location.
