[MohawkARC] QSL Cards

The design won't take long at all.  Need answers to the questions before we
can commit to a design anyways.

I can't find the picture you mentioned, facebook.com/wgaw1340 doesn't
exist.  facebook.com/wgaw is an auto generated page, and
facebook.com/wgaw1340.com doesn't have the photo.
