[MohawkARC] Relay for Live Event - signup

Hi All,

It's getting close! If you are interested and haven't signed up to be on
the radio or want to learn please choose a time slot. This is a great
learning opportunity for anyone that hasn't operated or observed a special
event station (including me).

We are planning to start setting up at MWCC on Thursday night about 6:00PM.
