[MohawkARC] Trailer

Hi Everyone
 
Before I get into the trailer, I hope everyone had a good time at the Christmas party. Next year maybe we should consider something else, I think our attendance would be higher if it didn't cost $25 per person.
 
Anyhow the trailer will be in this week and we need to pay for it, We will need a check for $2,369.00 from Linda for the trailer made out to "Camp Out Inc.
 
We will also need a check for $273.06 made out to Mass. Dept. of Revenue for sales tax if we can not register it under the clubs name. Erich is looking into this.
 
We will also need insurance, Erich is also looking into this.
 
I still have $850 in my checkbook from the sale of George Fisk estate plus $66 dollars from the party for a total of $916. I can either give this money to Linda and we will have to go to her when we need money for the trailer or keep it and pay for stuff myself. Whatever Doug and Erich think is right on that matter.
 
Linda can then tell us how much money we have to spend on the trailer keeping in mind we are "not" to draw the checkbook balance below $1,000
