Good thinking. My only thought is does this have to be coordinated
with NESMC? A Wachusetts repeater with only a few watts will get out a
long way. From my hill in Gardner I hear other repeaters on 145.370.
Decades ago from Wachusetts I had a qso on a 440 repeater 55 miles away
using only a ht with 2W into a rubber duck. And I was full quieting.
