[MohawkARC] Trailer Cmte. Meeting Wed. 6pm

Good morning,

Things are moving along with the trailer project more quickly than expected.  Bill has been doing a lot of leg work and most of the items have been sold.  He also has been seeking out some trailer quotes and has info to share.  We need to meet to discuss our options and upcoming opportunity to make a move.  There will be a Trailer Committee meeting this Wednesday, Nov. 13th at 6pm at the Gardner EOC.  Anyone is welcome to attend who would like to give input or just know what's going on.  (Paul, if the EOC isn't available that night could you please let me know and we will find an alternate location.)

Trailer Committee Agenda
1. Update on available funds for project.
2. Quotes from Airport Trailer sales (Deadline of Dec. 1st to get at current quotes - increase to happen after that)
            ***This would be for a trailer already outfitted with wiring, LED lighting, RV-style door, windows, ladder racks, etc. which would likely save the club money in the long run having these items factory installed.
3. Consideration of selling of Kenwood 940 HF radio. (This will be discussed and presented to the full club at the Nov. 20th regular monthly meeting for a decision).
