[MohawkARC] Gardner Repeater IRLP Link Down

The IRLP Node for the Gardner 145.370 W1GCD repeater is currently down. As some of you might have noticed there have been some audio problems recently and Matt (NM1C) will be dropping off the link radio to Gordon (N1MGO) tomorrow to get it looked at. Hopefully it will be back up soon, but for the time being the Gardner repeater will not be linked and will not have IRLP capabilities until further notice.
