[MohawkARC] Possible club project

Hi Doug

Could you allow me some time at our meeting this Wednesday night? I would like to discuss a project that would involve the talents of all members of the Mohawk Amateur Radio Club. This is something I have been kicking around in my head for a while. 

A couple of years ago we all put our heads together and moved the repeater to Gardner, that was a great feeling seeing everyone working together to accomplish something. I feel this project would do the same, working as a club to accomplish a goal. When completed it will  be the envoy of all the clubs in the area in not the USA. We may get a write up in QST if everything we do is documented.

I know everyone is saying to.themselves "HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST" and rightfully so. I will need to describe this project and also propose how it will be paid for. This presentation will take about 15 minutes and hopefully you can get me in early in the meeting so we can discuss this proposal before people start to leave.

The only thing I will be asking for at this time is the formation of a ad-hock committee to study the feasibility of this project and come back to the club members in 30 or 60 days 
with there report.
