[MohawkARC] Meeting Wednesday 7:00 p.m.

Just a reminder about the club meeting at 7:00 p.m.  on Wednesday, April 24th.  We will be talking about the Field Day location for this year.  Erich, KB1TGN, has some pictures and video to share of the site we visited in Hubbardston a couple weeks ago.  Also another very exciting thing has recently happened in the club.  A silent key in Athol has left all his amateur radio belongings to the Mohawk Club.  This includes a Kenwood station in pristine condition complete with HF transceiver, 1500 watt amp, signal monitor, matching speaker, etc.  This donation also includes a tower and tri-band beam.  At tomorrow's meeting we need to discuss the logistics of taking that down.  We have a way to transport the tower and antenna and also a place to store it, but will need people who can help with the project.
