At the meeting tonight we discussed food and Bill (N1UZ) coordinated this.
We are all set with burgers, dogs, ketchup, mustard, buns, english muffins, sausage patties, Keurig coffee maker, K cups, cream/sugar, plates, napkins, silverware, soda, water, coolers, and ice.
Right now we are planning for around 12 people for dinner Saturday if you weren't at the club meeting tonight please let me know if you will be around for dinner.
If you can, please bring a snack item for us all to share such as chips, cookies, pretzels, etc.
If you will be there for dinner on Saturday, the club is asking that you bring $10 to chip in to help with the cost.
There will also be breakfast on Sunday morning and whatever food is left will be cooked for lunch on Sunday.
We will figure out lunch Saturday based on who is there - most likely will will chip in and order something and have someone go pick it up
