[MohawkARC] Meeting - Wed., Dec. 28th 7:30 p.m.

The next meeting of the Mohawk Amateur Radio Club will be Wednesday, December 28th at 7:30 p.m. at the South Gardner Fire Station/EOC.  We need to solidify plans for our New Year's dinner in January (most likely at the Carriage House) and begin talks about Field Day preparation.  There are also some big contests coming up.  ARRL RTTY Roundup (Jan. 7th & 8th), North American QSO Party SSB (Jan. 21st & 22nd) and CW (Jan. 14th & 15th).  If anyone is planning in operating in these it could be an interesting topic for discussion with the club on Wednesday.

Please bring your ideas for what we can do at meetings for the rest of this year.  One suggestion that has been brought forward was to find some projects we could work on together during meetings.  For example, if there is some type of antenna design people wanted to try out we could work on building it over the course of a couple meetings and then use it for Field Day.

I hope to see many of you on Wednesday night.
