  I got a really strange message from one "Sean Strebin, F.C.C. Engineer, East Coast"
yesterday that had been cc'd to over a hundred hams with a 0 district, so I hope that
there's a few on here that might've also gotten his rambling message.

  I won't bother to reprint the drivel here, just wondering if anyone else here had
recieved this strange  message, and if you had an opinion on it. Thanks.
