[Mobile-Portable] Winter Time Mobile Antenna Cleaning Time

No particular brand of silicone, Bill. I buy it wherever I am at the time  
such as an auto supply or Walmart, etc. It goes a long way to protect 
metals. I  used to spray my aluminum telescoping tent poles with it each season. 
They  slid nicely throughout the season because of it. Tent poles aren't made 
that way  anymore - both good and bad.
   I also spray the exterior light sockets and receptacles at my  house. It 
does the most good when the parts are new, but it sure improves their  
life, and you'll see a big difference when changing a light bulb. Good  stuff.
