[Mobile-Portable] QST article June, 1953 "Automatic Multiband Mobile Antennas and Mobile Antenna Characteristics"

Anyone have a copy of the article above by W0EDX as found in QST June, 
1953?

The ARRL has it in their archives, but the continuation of the article 
on page 108 is missing.  I wrote them of the missing piece but they have 
not been able to reproduce it.  Their hard copy may be gone.

I have one of the original pictured Johnson coils for 20 and 10 meters.  
It works fine.  I would like to build another for 40 and 20 meters.

I would appreciate a possible scan of the missing page 108 and if any 
following.
