[Mobile-Portable] Installing radios in a New Dodge truck

Mine is a 2005 SLT regular cab. I use a block of wood wedged with foam
padding in the cubby hole just below the heater/AC control. To this I have a
TS-480 and IC-2720 control heads mounted. I have never bothered to hide the
control cables in the dashboard. But they could easily be run under the
carpet.
