Have a look at ebay item 130371480043

I bought one of these at Sams club a year ago and 
use it as a backup camera on my truck. It also 
displays my IC7000 (automatically switches to it) 
when the rear camera is switched off. Pretty 
neat. It is maybe 1.25 - 1.5 inches thick and 
works from 12V. They include several mounts, straps, etc.

Don't know if they are available elsewhere. Check Costco.
