[Mobile-Portable] 7 " TFT LCD Display Source

Hello Group   ,    I purchased a digital television that has a 7 " TFT LCD display screen off of ebay for my IC-7000 mobile installation. The television is just great being used as an external display while mobile or base . It came with a remote control , 12v power cords , 115v ac  power supply , video cable with the proper connections for the 7000 and a few other pieces of hardware.  But due to it being a television , it is a bit larger than a standard encased LCD display with no speakers. I would rather use just a standard display of this size but I cant find any for sale online or at the local stereo shops. The stereo shops only have them embeded into a vehicle's head rest for back seat viewers. Im using a clear speech speaker with my mobile installation so all I need is just a plain 12v display with no speakers. Does anyone know a source for purchasing small LCD dispays ?
