[Mobile-Portable] Chevy Traverse: routing antenna cable

 Thanks Gary.  I will likely end up punching a small hole from the
engine side.  I tried pulling off the covers under the dash but it looks
like GM didn't want us owners poking around.  It's sealed fairly tight
and I'm hesitant to rip the plastic rivets off the cover.  I'll try
using a stiff wire and see where it leads.  XYL isn't a ham so she's not
too happy with my plan hi hi.
