Walter  ,   If you run into any problems your local Motorola radio shop will route cables , cut holes for cables and antennas in the cars body and even mount your equipment for a reasonable fee. Hello, 

Does anyone know how I can route my antenna cable through the firewall 
of a Traverse?  It's the XYL's and she's not keen about a mag mount 
cable running through the door so I'm mounting the antenna on the hood.
