[Mobile-Portable] Automotive Circuit Breakers VS Fuses ?

Dick  ,  My other "first" test post has not bounced back to me yet ??? Maybe this one will make it through ? With my test post I 
wrote a few lines about a Scorpion SA 680BW that I just received for my emcomm project. Thanks for helping me figure out the
