They are not the same breaker - the Shipstore breaker is 
sealed so that
the spark from the switch cannot ignite leaking fuel fumes - 
could be a
life-saver in certain disaster recovery environments - it is 
also a "thermal"
type breaker.

They offer a more simple breaker like the Powerwerx model at 
a similar
price, but without the safety and other features.  I guess 
it depends on
what you need for your app.
