[Mobile-Portable] Best #10 Wire for Mobile Apps?

I went to the West Marine site and #6 seems to be the smallest
gauge and that is almost $4.00/ft  (25' for $92.99).

Were I to be out at sea nd dependent on my wire I would
find that a reasonable investment but it is both too heavy
and too costly for my application.
