I own a HI-Q 5-160RT and love it.  Place the HI-Q and Tar heel side by side 
as I did and you will come to the same conclusion that lead me to buy HI-Q.  
Quality.  The antenna has no equal.

If you decided on an antenna controller, BetterRF has a great family of 
products.  They use a different method of finding where to tune your antenna that 
is more reliable.
