Jabra offers a Bluetooth adaptor for cell phones -- the plug
to the phone apparently has mic audio, earpiece audio, and ground.
I've used on in the past with a Bluetooth headset and it worked well
with a long talk time on the battery.

Now, putting different things together -- Radio Shack used
to offer a little connector box for the HT's that would allow you to
use a cell phone headset on an HT.

If you were to put the two together, I bet you'd have just
what you want -- IF the box would work with your amateur transceiver.
