[Mobile-Portable] Finger Stock

I have several DK3 screwdriver antennas made by Don Johnson, W6AAQ.  Two
of them need new finger stock to get them back in proper working order.
Unfortunately, I was never able to find out where Don bought his finger
stock.

My antennas are the older style with the decoupling collar.  The stock
that came with the antenna is approximately .4375 in width, although the
channel in the collar looks like it would take anything up to about .56
in.

Does anyone on the list know of a place that stocks finger stock?
Surplus sales lists an item that might work, but so far that's the only
one I have been able to find.
