You don't mention mode, rig, or what noise you wish to mitigate, but 
Motorola mobile mic's are readily available, not at used prices are 
affordable and are of good quality and some have DTMF pads if that's 
something you want for UHF/VHF.

Depending on your rig they may require a small matching transformer or other 
minor mod, but such mods are readily documented and easily accomplished. If
