[Mobile-Portable] Wire Size

West Marine stores (and mail order) have red, black,
yelow, white and green battery cable in #6 AWG;
red, black, and yellow in #4 AWG, and red, black
and yellow in #2 AWG that is quite flexible. It is
also comprised of individually tinned strands to resist
corrosion creep in hot and damp environments.
That is what I would use for mobile high current
power wiring.

p.s. New marine wiring codes specify yellow for the
negative DC wiring to avoid confusion between AC
hot and DC negative wires in an environment where
both AC and DC are likely to exist.
In my opinion, this would be a good way to go in our
fixed hamshacks as well.

You might check welder's cables.
They're big and flexable.
