[Mobile-Portable] Ford fuel pump noise

I had a 97 Ford F-150 that the dealer followed Ford's service bulletin and it didn't help. The fuel pump would still give me a constant S7 noise level. You would see the spike as soon as the fuel pump energized. I jacked the radio up and installed a different truck under it. Problem solved.

My 1994 F-150 never had a problem, but I understand that up until some point
Ford would install a kit that fix the noise problem if it existed. On the
other hand, my 2004 F-150 definitely has the noise problem, but just on 17
meters and then only at certain spots on the band. Ford advised me that
there is no kit for the later model truck. I was able to reduce the problem
to an acceptable level be redressing the antenna and tuner cables away from
the fuel pump wiring.
