I beleive what g0gqk is stating is that, in general, mobile antennas are not
that effecient, and while we may feed 100 wts into a 20 mtr antenna,,, the
effective radiation of that antenna would be around 30%,(or less), hence the
30 watt figure--this is all in generalities, and approximation.
